Meet Our Leaders

Bob Linn Executive Director

“A record of energy and accomplishment” has been used to describe Bob Linn. His demonstrated success in business is far exceeded by his record of service to others and his commitment to the development of the youth of our country.

After earning a double degree in math and physics from Indiana University, Bob spent eight years working with young people as a staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ and its affiliated group Athletes in Action. He then founded The Executive Look. Inc., a commercial service company that has generated millions of dollars in revenues.

While achieving business success, Bob continued to search for ways to develop and serve America’s youth. He found it while listening and talking to members of Mr. William W. Bogg’s youth choirs. Upon hearing the exceptional voice quality of these choirs, combined with the character instilled in the process, he became convinced this program could play an important role in developing America’s youth.

William W. Boggs Artistic Director

Our program is led by Mr. William W. Boggs, whose track record for achieving superior results includes promoting excellence in music, fostering heightened academic achievement, and effectively remediating delinquent behavior.

Repeated invitations from the White House reflects the supremacy of Mr. Boggs’ programs. One hearing of the music itself demonstrates the unusual maturity of the young voices he trains. Mr. Boggs’ abilities in the task of motivating and visioneering have proven the possibilities inherent in our youth.

His national and international awards, his premier public performances, and his impact on the social and academic values of youth have positioned him to take the mantle of national leadership.
